Our lowest order quantity for apparel ventures around the globe is 50 pieces per design. It helps newcomers in the market to start will the lowest quantity to check market demands for the piece.

The maximum time for order delivery is 17 business days. Aqua Apparel takes so long due to confirmation, order processing, and order reviewing by the clients. If there is any delay in review at the client’s end, it may take longer than 17 days and the company is not responsible for late delivery.

No, we will not process unless we get approval. If you fail to reply to us by email within the month, we will keep your process on hold and will only start processing once we get the approval.

No, we only exploit our customization services on our fabric Our services include working from scratch till the end, therefore you can not bring your raw material for customization.

Yes, we send you proofs before processing your order for production. We do not work on your order unless we don’t get approval from your end. We send you pictures to ensure you are satisfied and will expect a written approval to be sure and safe at our end.

Our team is always connected to you through WhatsApp but in case of any issue, the longer period main takes 24 hours or to 3 business working days.

We usually have 17 days standard time of production but if you get back to us for restocking with 2 months of the previous production, we might be able to deliver your stock in less than 17 days as we do not have to go through an elongated process of approval.

The turnaround time initiate from the point when we will receive back approval of your order summary sent to you after your payment is done. Once you approve the order summary no changes will be done, and production will be started.

We will always keep you updated with the status of your order. We believe in transparency and will always let you know about your order status. In case you want your order earlier than the expected time, there is an additional fee for it.

Yes, we do rush orders but there is an additional amount charged depending on how quick you want the order to be delivered.

Order Changes

Your order can be altered within three days of placing an order. After the time has passed, we won’t be able to accommodate the changes in quantity.

The order can be cancelled within three days after the payment has been cleared by the client. Your cancellation request exceeding the period will be accommodated but with a 40% deduction of the order value.


Payment should be done once the order has been placed for quick processing. The payment amount will be as per the quantity and product type.

Credit, Debit cards and bank transfers are accepted by us.


The cost varies as per your order quantity and the type of product. Our prices given to you includes shipping cost. Once we get the design you send us, we will give you an overall package including the shipment cost.

No, the certain number of services that were included in the first order and does not require any alteration in the second one, those service charges will be excluded when you re-order the products.

Yes, we do place the designs on our portfolio customed for clients. But in case the client does not want their designs to be disclosed we remove them immediately.

Since we ensure quality till last. You can make alterations in the order until we have it with us. Once the order is delivered there are no refund or return measures at all.

All returns must be pre-approved and be accompanied by a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 10 business days of shipment including defective goods or shipping issues. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for cancelled orders. RA’s will be cancelled if not returned in 15 business days. Any goods printed, relabeled, washed or not in the original condition will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify accuracy of style, color, size and quantity prior to embellishment.
